Athlete of the Month
1) How long have you been training?
I have been training on and off for my whole life, this time back in the gym it has been about 2 years consistently.
2) Age? 23
3) Sports history?
I grew up wrestling, playing football, and playing Lacrosse.
4) What do you like most about training at Model A?
I couldn't imagine training anywhere else. The staff and trainers are helpful, motivating and are very knowledgeable about fitness. Also, Model A isn't overcrowded and overpriced like most other gyms.
5) Body/performance changes (weight, BF%, strength gain etc)?
Weight: 200lbs / BF: 8-10%
• Bench Press - 350x1
• Squat - 425x1
• Dead Lift - 575x1
This transformation was over a course of three months, with the help of the trainers at Model A.
