Richard Dworak
Richard was one of our charter members who has made tremendous progress since we opened in October of 2006. He began training at our club weighing 380lbs., and through a positive atmosphere and hard work, has lost 160lbs! Richard comes religiously every morning to get on the treadmill and head for the mountains on our cardio deck. He continues to be an inspiration to us all.
Keep up the great work Richard! |
Pat Beck
Pat came to work at Model-A Fitness as a member of the childcare / front desk staff in March / 07. Dealing with the stress of her husband’s terminal illness caused Pat to gain 70lbs. over a 3-year period. Pat realized that the best way for her to be a source of strength for her children was for her to be strong and healthy herself. She then began a course to lose the weight and regain a healthy lifestyle. Through dedication, sweat and the support of her fellow co-workers Pat lost the weight just in time for her daughters wedding.
Pat would like to extend a special thanks to Personal Trainer Kevin Kratochvil for his help in the process. Way to go Pat and keep up the good work! |

“Last year I lost 100 pounds after being overweight and unhealthy for the last twenty years. My cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure are now down for the first time in decades. Model A has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in establishing and maintaining their health and fitness.”
