What is a Personal Trainer?
Personal Trainers are similar to coaches for sports, only they are training you for the sport of fitness and life. As a specialist fitness coach, your trainer will help you get the most from your training program. A trainer will keep you motivated, while keeping your training fresh, safe and effective.

Brian Ramage - Fitness Director and GM

Brian has a dual certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. He graduated Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and is currently pursuing his Masters degree. His passions include strength training, physiology, supplementation and nutrition for weight loss and performance.

Brian has been a trainer for five years and has worked with a multitude of clients from collegiate athletes to sedentary people who have never exercised. His work experience includes working as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Personal Trainer and Managing a Sport Strength and Conditioning facility in New Jersey. If you have a question, he has the answer.


Sean Susini  

Sean is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition to pursuing a degree in Physical Education, he has taken classes in Exercise Science, Anatomy and Physiology. The education he has accrued enables Sean to put together detailed training programs that are specific to his clients needs.

Training has run through Sean’s veins since an early age. As a competitive, natural bodybuilder he won the INBF Natural-mania championship in 2001, as well as the Hercules international from
2002-2005. Through bodybuilding, Sean has developed a strong training ethic that he demands from his clients.

Maria Bruno  
Maria is certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She also holds certifications in adult First Aid, CPR and AED. She works with a variety of clients and specializes in women’s weight loss and fitness. Maria believes health and fitness are vital to one’s physical and mental well being and should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle.

Maria is competitive in a variety of running events throughout New Jersey. She finished second place in the USA Track and Field New Jersey in 2005 and 2006 and was ranked top 10 in New Jersey for 2005 and 2006 for her age category. Maria also qualified elite in the New York City Marathon in 2006.

Marisa Susini  

Marisa is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

She is also certified through the Arthritis foundation as an exercise leader, and the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services as a lead
coordinator for Project Health Bones. Marisa is continuing her education through ACE in pre and postnatal exercise.

Kevin Kratochvil  

Kevin has been certified through the American Council on Exercise for 6 years. He continues to attend workshops in the fitness industry to expand his knowledge base. He always provides stimulating, effective training programs for all his clients. Kevin specializes in Strength and Conditioning, advanced core training and weight loss program design.

Kevin has been involved in sports and exercise all his life. His interests include powerlifting, strongman training and bodybuilding.

Rich Mutterperl  

Rich is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He has completed courses and certifications in weight training, senior fitness, nutrition and personal wellness. His continuing education credits include women’s weight reduction, ball and band exercises and addressing knee and shoulder issues. As a lifetime fitness advocate, he hopes to bring a positive and consistent fitness lifestyle to his client’s programs.
